Room Booking Policies 

1. General Policy

All bookings made at La Vida by Kadoa Resorts are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during reservation. By completing a booking, guests agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

2. Peak Season & Special Event Bookings

During high-demand periods such as Carnival, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays, all reservations require full prepayment at the time of booking. Due to the limited availability and high occupancy during these periods, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Standard Cancellation Policy (Non–Peak Periods)

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival will forfeit 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or no-shows will result in 100% forfeiture of the total payment.

4. Peak Season Cancellation Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• No refunds, date changes, or credits will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or shortened stays during these periods.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to secure travel insurance to cover unexpected changes or emergencies.

5. Modifications to Bookings

Modifications (including date changes, reductions in length of stay, or number of guests) are subject to availability and management approval. During peak periods, modifications are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.

6. Early Departure or No-Show

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date or who depart earlier than planned will be charged for the entire stay as originally booked.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the hotel (such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or national emergencies), management reserves the right to apply the above policy or issue a credit voucher at its discretion.

8. Non-Refundable Promotional Rates

Bookings under discounted or promotional rates are strictly non-refundable and cannot be changed once confirmed.

9. A Note from Management

At La Vida by Kadoa Resorts, we deeply value every guest and do our utmost to provide flexibility where possible. However, due to the small and exclusive nature of our property, cancellations during high-demand periods result in significant losses. We thank you for your kind understanding.
