Mr. Christian Nicholas Ward - Chief Executive Officer

Christian Ward is the visionary CEO of Kadoa Resorts Ltd, a dynamic hospitality brand redefining luxury and cultural immersion in Tobago and the wider Caribbean. With a passion for tourism development and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Christian leads Kadoa with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and authentic guest experiences.
A well-respected figure in the regional tourism industry, Christian has served on several key tourism committees, contributing to strategic planning and policy development aimed at enhancing destination competitiveness and community engagement. His leadership and insight continue to shape the future of tourism in Tobago.
Christian remains a dedicated and active member of the Tobago Hotel and Tourism Association (THTA), where he advocates for the growth and empowerment of local hospitality stakeholders. His work reflects a deep belief in Tobago's potential as a premier travel destination, and his efforts continue to inspire a new generation of tourism professionals.
Ms. Krystal Simpson - Managing Director

Krystal Simpson is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, business consultant, lifestyle coach, and event producer, known for helping individuals and businesses move from vision to execution. As the Founder and CEO of KTal Services, she is the visionary behind The Business One Stop Shop and The Event Management Agency, where she provides holistic support for entrepreneurs and brands—from concept to operations and beyond.
With over 18 years of experience across banking, linguistics, business administration, and training & development, Krystal has worked with both startup founders and C-suite leaders to bring structure, strategy, and accountability to their goals. She currently serves as Business Manager for select clients and is the Managing Director and Director of Special Services & Events at Kadoa Resorts. She previously served as Chair of Events for the global NGO Nurses In Charge and co-founded the now-retired Caribbean Virtual Business Solutions Facebook group, which supported aspiring and established Caribbean virtual service providers.
Krystal specializes in business clarity, systems development, event execution, and lifestyle alignment. Her programs blend coaching, consulting, and mentorship—helping her clients stay organized, focused, and inspired to lead authentically.
Outside of work, Krystal is an island girl at heart who loves the outdoors, quality time with loved ones, and living with intention. Guided by her mantra, "Be the person you needed," her mission is to empower others to live intentionally, lead authentically, and make a meaningful impact—starting right where they are.
Ms. Saleena Baig - Director of Talent and Culture

As she steps into the role of Director of Talent and Culture at La Vida By Kadoa Resorts, s. Baig bring with her over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and more than a decade in Human Resources—grounded in a deep belief that people are an organization's greatest asset. Her journey blends strategic HR leadership with a unique lens as a Mindfulness Coach, Mindful Leadership Development Coach, and Mindset Transition Coach. These disciplines allow her to support not just performance—but the whole person—fostering resilience, emotional intelligence, and human-centered leadership at every level.
Ms. Baig holds an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Anglia Ruskin University, and a Certificate in Organizational Psychology from the University of Aberdeen. She is also a proud volunteer with the Healthy Minds Foundation, where she supports mindfulness and mindset development in schools, nurturing the next generation's emotional well-being. At the core of her leadership are the values of commitment to employee well-being, trust and transparency, and empowerment—principles that she is excited to bring to life at Kadoa Resorts.
