FIB Academy USA is an International Hospitality Platinum Standard Training and Business Accreditation Board. FIB Academy USA Platinum Service Training and Accreditation Program (FIB) was initiated in 2016, in collaboration with the BBB Accredited Business of Southern Colorado and BBB Institute For Marketplace trusted with an impressive A+ Rating, to create well-trained and motivated professionals in the global service driven industry's. This outstanding partnership was launched in 2018 to deliver training and technical assistance to workers in the tourism industry, particularly in the small and medium enterprises sector to meet the current industry needs as to provide the capacity to continue training, by certifying trainers as well as supervisory level Certified Training Institutes. Only accredited businesses pass a strict review process. Companies interested in becoming FIB accredited must complete an application process and commit to standards of ethical business practices. Once accepted, FIB Accredited Businesses must maintain the standards or face accreditation revocation.
